Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the mobile game Block Blast, operated by Muse Corner Culture (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy.

1. The Game and Operator

Block Blast is a mobile puzzle game made available by Muse Corner Culture (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. ("Muse Corner", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms apply to the game, its updates and related materials that we provide.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and use Block Blast for your own lawful, non-commercial entertainment on a device that you own or control.

You may play the game, adjust its settings and keep the game on your device. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit the game or any part of it.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, and must not help anyone else to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, scripts, automation or unauthorized tools;
• modify, patch, adapt or tamper with the APK, game files or executable code;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• circumvent security, licensing or technical restrictions;
• interfere with, overload, attack or disrupt the game or related services; or
• use the game for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

4. Scores, Achievements and Game Results

Highest scores, achievements, rankings and other game results are gameplay records, not monetary assets or guaranteed rewards. In the current version, the highest score and related state are stored locally on your device. They may be lost, reset, changed or become invalid after an update, device change, data deletion, technical issue or suspected cheating. We do not currently provide a server-based leaderboard or guarantee the permanence or accuracy of local results.

5. Updates and Availability

We may update, balance, modify, suspend or discontinue Block Blast or any part of it at any time. Updates may change features, content, compatibility or locally stored game data. We do not promise that the game will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device or operating system.

6. Advertising, Purchases and Third-Party Services

The current version of Block Blast does not include advertising, analytics, push notifications, accounts, in-app purchases or other third-party game services. If we add any of these features in the future, we will provide the applicable terms, update this agreement and, where required, obtain your consent before the relevant service is used.

7. Intellectual Property

Block Blast and its software, code, game design, text, artwork, music, sound effects, animations, logos, trademarks and other materials are owned by Muse Corner or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the game; they do not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Block Blast may be distributed through app stores or may in the future include links or integrations controlled by third parties. Third-party websites, platforms, services and advertisements are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Block Blast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate or free from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muse Corner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-data damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms when the game, its services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, update date and version number. If you do not agree to an updated version, stop using and uninstall the game. Your license ends automatically if you materially breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Muse Corner's place of registration, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or other rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
